BUMPED

So, I don't know if you know this about me, but I really like books. All kinds of books. Big ones, small ones, short ones, tall ones.... Basically, if it is a book, I like it.*

There is one book series that I love more than most. It's the Jessica Darling series** by Megan McCafferty. I first read this series when I was a junior in high school, and I just fell in love. The protagonist, Jessica Darling, is more like me than any other literary character I've come across. I read her ramblings in her journal and I think, whoa, did I write this? It's ridiculous how often I find myself agreeing with her thoughts and feelings. Oh, and I can't neglect to mention the incomparable Marcus Flutie. Their love, a love Jessica refused to believe was there, is my favorite to read about out of all the books I've ever read. I'll read it until my days come to an end and still enjoy it more than I could possibly say.

Once the series ended, I didn't know what to do. Will I ever read anything by Megan McCafferty again? The future was looking grim.

But wait! What's this? A NEW BOOK?!

Oh heavenly happenstance! I never thought the day would come where I would get to read more words written by this magnificent woman! I need wait no more! Come April 26, I will have this book in my hands, and will completely devour it.

That is...unless there is some way I can get it sooner...

Excuse me while I dig out my ninja outfit.

*Well, this isn't completely true. I'm not too excited about anything Glenn Beck has written...
**Whose books includes: Sloppy Firsts, Second Helpings, Charmed Thirds, Fourth Comings, Perfect Fifths

A Tolerance for Rampant Consumerism

Yesterday I went dorm shopping. It was fun. I also took my dog to the vet. That was not quite so fun. Don't worry, she's okay. She just had her teeth cleaned. Anyway. SHOPPING.

So my mom and I took my dog
to the vet, got coffee from Safehouse, which is totes delish because they have the same Classic Latte that was at Crave, which closed. Then we went to Kmart, Bed Bath & Beyond, Super Target, Best Buy, The Apple Store, Crate & Barrel, Anthropologie, then back to the vet to pick up Sassy (my dog) and then went home.

I will now take this opportunity to take inventory.

Ahem.

NOTE:  I realized after I started doing this that it is really hard to find exact pictures of everything I got. So if you see me on the street with a GREEN flash drive instead of a PINK one, don't point at me and call me a Liar. I'm just lazy.

I Probably Have West Nile Virus

So I'm not actually in college yet... I still have...oh god I have to count. Hang on, this is going to take a minute. Okay. I have 25 days until I move into my dorm, and 31 days before I actually start classes. But I CAN'T WAIT, and everything seems so BORING because what's coming up is SO EXCITING. I'm just sitting here...waiting...scratching my mosquito bites. I have two, right next to each other. They have been itching for DAYS now, relentlessly. Which is why I'm convinced I have West Nile Virus.

Judge Judy's a bitch.

There's gonna be a Twilight Spoof/Parody called Vampires Suck? Looks kind of funny. lolololol. I usually really hate spoofs, but someone got hit in the head with a shovel, and it made me laugh.

It's the simple things.

Is the plural of spoof "spooves"? I feel like it should be. But spoof is such a new word, maybe they just don't know what to do with it yet.

I had coffee today. And a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. That's like, my favorite food ever. BUT- it has to bee done a certain way. Why did I spell be like that? Anyway.

First- You MUST use this bread:

The rest...I'm pretty flexible about. It just HAS TO BE THAT BREAD. It's always moist and delicious. I use whatever peanut butter my mom buys...smooth...and right now we have blackberry jelly. I prefer raspberry, but that's what we have, so I use it. The other day I had a peanut butter and bananana (too many "anana"s) sandwich. It was kind of gross.

I'M SO EXCITED FOR STEP UP 3-D!!!! Opposite.

Look at all of these clothes I want but will never get!

Holy crap I hope a picture shows up there.

Okay I'm done with this.
